We Believe

2.  Jesus Christ is one with God, and there is salvation in no other.  (Philippians 2:5-6; John 14:6)

3.  Our primary mission is to proclaim the saving grace of Jesus Christ and to show God’s love to all the world. (Matthew 28:18-20; 1 John 4:7-11 & 19-21; 1 John 3:23)

4.  Scripture (the Bible) is the only inspired, perfect, sufficient, and authoritative Word of God. (Hebrews 4:12; 2 Timothy 3:16-17)

5.  Living under the lordship of Christ is to live a life in obedience to Scripture. (Joshua 1:8; John 14:23)

6.  Salvation comes by divine GRACE only, apart from any human merit or achievement. 
 (John 5:24)

7.  Justification by God is received by FAITH only, without reliance on “good works”. (Romans 4:5; Ephesians 2:8-9)

8.  Apart from FORGIVENESS in Christ our sinful condition leads to our personal destruction.  (Romans 6:23; Romans 5:21; 2 Thessalonians 2:9-11)

9.  Everything we do is done for God’s glory alone.  (1 Corinthians 10:31)

10.   In the Virgin birth of Jesus Christ.
        ( Matthew 1:18)

11.   In Christ’s substitutionary atonement – He died for us.  (Romans 8:3; 2 Corinthians 5:21)

12.   In Jesus’ bodily resurrection.
       (Luke 24:1-6; Mark 16:5-6)

13.   In the authenticity of miracles.
       (John 2:11; John 2:23)

14.   In the sanctity of human life.
       (Jeremiah 1:4-5; Genesis 1:26-27)

15.   Holy matrimony is marriage between one man and one woman.  (Genesis 2:18-24; Mark 10:7-9) 

16.   In the Holy Spirit to glorify God and to dwell within us as we deal with an unsaved world. (Galatians 5:24-25; John 14:26; Galatians 5:16; 1 Peter 13-16)

17.   Jesus Christ will come again and establish God’s Kingdom on Earth. (Mark 13:26)
